We just picked up a curbside order, and they really rushed it today, making a lot of mistakes. On the first trip, they forgot our shake and a gluten-free item. When she brought the shake, she left out the burger. We asked for soda with no ice, but it was mostly ice. I had to go in and refill the soda while we waited for her third trip with the gluten-free order. They need to take their time and get it right.

I'm gluten and dairy free and a foodie. I always order a bowl with chicken. Compared to Chipotle I love that they use a different rice and lettuce. They seem to use less seasoning than Chipotle which works well because they did an amazing job curating higher quality ingredients that make the food taste lighter and fresher than Chipotle. I love Chipotle but frankly Bluestone just hits. I really hope Bluestone franchises.

Stopped to try and find out whether my party would be able to safely eat here, and was pretty unpleasantly surprised. While gluten-friendly options are labeled on the menu, the staff member we were conversing with seemed to have a tenuous grasp at best on allergens on the menu. "Well, you know what you're allergic to, so you can figure it out." was what we were told. Not exactly confidence-inspiring when some of the allergens in question can "hide" in food (ex. soy, wheat, dairy). They do not have any sort of separate allergen menu.
