We had a lovely late lunch between flights at the Minneapolis airport. I am Celiac so the menu was so refreshing! Our server, Ken, was very attentive and very efficient. The only downside was the cost! Our lunch was almost $150! (with two drinks each and tip).

Love their gf donuts and scones. I have celiac and have never fallen ill to cross contamination. They also make a solid cup of brew coffee that won’t cost you $6
Vibrant airport eatery with many gluten-free options and a friendly, lively atmosphere.

Came here specifically for the gluten free options for my coeliac daughter. Disappointed that the nachos are marked GF but actually cooked in the same oil with gluten ingredients. But happy that the waitress was aware and alerted us. There are other GF options - we had a shredded chicken bowl which was GF. Reasonably tasty and a good quick pre-flight meal.

WARNING for gluten free people. They were serving breakfast potatoes that were marked gluten free but appeared to have breading so I asked them to double check, and sure enough they “contain wheat” and they said they recently swapped out the supplier but didnt think to update the placard indicating they’re gluten free!! Only reason I didnt give it one star is because the chef was accommodating once I flagged the allergy and prepped some food separately in the back for me, which was nice. But major liability issue indicating food is allergen free when it’s nowhere close. I implored them to update the placard ASAP…
Airport eatery with fresh breakfast sandwiches but lacks clear gluten-free options and staff knowledge.

Please do not offer gluten free buns if you are not going to educate your staff on proper safety for your gluten free / Celiac Disease customers. I couldn’t order from the kiosk because it didn’t have the option for the GF bun so I had to go to the cashier and when I asked about the gf bun she was confused but someone in the back said they had one. Then I asked if the sauce was GF and no one knew so I just said no sauce then but they were very confused because their was 2 different spreads on the burger and I said neither if you cannot confirm if they are GF and then the attitude started. I wanted to cry right there. It’s hard enough traveling but to be given attitude when trying to get food when you’re hungry, not knowing if it will make you sick or not is just so stressful. I have to throw this away because I literally don’t know if they messed with my sandwich just to be nasty or not.

Staff was friendly and the food was amazing! The gluten free bun on my burger was fantastic, it didn't taste like GF. And those cheese curds were simply the best I've tasted! It was definitely a great place for lunch while at MSP.

Asked if the smoothies were gluten free one didn’t know (no problem) so he asked someone else that just looked around and said “uh no”
I had seen one sign online that said they were but in the restaurant it didn’t say so I wanted to confirm.
I asked was it the protein powder and if so could I do without. He just shrugged and said “no, you can get a juice”
Just felt like they didn’t want to figure out if they smoothies were really GF and just didn’t want to deal with me.
