I have a Gluten allergy and they were fantastic at accommodating my allergy. Most places just offer substitutes for GF options that aren’t as good but the Ranch made a special effort to make my food just as special as everyone else’s. It was a Gluten Free dream! I wish I could go back weekly just to eat the food 😃 Couldn’t recommend more!

We had stopped in Phillipsburg for lunch as we were passing through, and decided to let the kids grab some candy. While helping our littlest get her bag going I noticed the back of most of the labels tells you what major allergens is in the candy. So I went from not getting any due to my Celiac Disease to Mama gets a baggie, too! I really appreciate this business taking the time to mark just about everyone of their candies (hundreds) this way for those of us who must avoid certain ingredients. Made me feel like spending a little more on candy than originally planned, because the little gesture meant so much to me. Clean, friendly, and safety conscious establishment. Definitely recommend to anyone with food allergies/intolerances. Gluten free, Nut free, Soy free, Dairy free, and Egg free options!

We stopped by on our way through, and was glad we decided to go into the one restaurant that seemed to be open on a Tuesday. It was clean, had friendly service, and was quick even with a full house. I recently was told “no more gluten” from my doctor thanks to Celiac Disease. While I could not find a “gluten free” restaurant in Phillipsburg via Google we did in fact find one. They offer corn tortillas, and are knowledgeable about what everything has wheat, grain, etc that they make. Plus, they were very kind about answering my questions. None of the huffy annoyed service I have gotten at some establishment. All of their enchiladas are made from corn tortillas! If you have CD or are NCDGF come here! I had the chicken mole enchiladas and OH MY GOODNESS was it delicious! Gluten Free options!

I was DELIGHTED with the food. The online menu showed the option to talk with the chef about food allergies! I was so grateful that he was able to coordinate a delicious and problem-free meal for me with my restrictive diet. Finding gluten-free options in a town this size is not easy. I will 100% be going back to the Silver Mill on my next visit.

Happily surprised to find a couple amazing gluten-free options!! Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal loaf and Lemon Blueberry Poppyseed loaf. Very glad to be able to have something yummy 😊
