Awesome bakery in the main street of Chester. Super friendly owners. Great with kids.
Thanks for the support!
Great biscotti in both crunchy and soft varieties. And the gluten free is really good too! Sooo good!
Will order online and will be back next time we are in the area.
A fun spot where professional scoopers compete to stack the most scoops, offering a variety of options to cater to different dietary needs.

Taylor's Ice Cream Parlor offers a great selection of ice cream, along with a good selection of toppings. While I've only been to the parlor a few times, I've never left disappointed. The servings are a generous size, and worth the price. They also have a selection of gluten free cones, which is a nice bonus.
While not amazing enough to warrant a trip just for the ice cream, I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area, and have a craving for the cream!
Rustic vibes and a lively atmosphere make this spot a great choice for a casual hangout, with unique dishes worth trying.

Post-Renovation they’ve switched to a counter service style cafe. The feeling of home remains, and the food is absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable about Gluten and conscious of cross contamination. They have a dedicated GF fryer, and the fries were delicious. We will absolutely be back… and back… and back.
Chill vibes and delicious brews create a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying quality baked goods.

I read some of the reviews on here about the service/staff not being attentive… well after going for an afternoon tea with my family. I can confirm that they don’t have the most attentive staff.
The first red flag from our waiter was when I asked about their gluten free options. I didn’t know that each person would have their own food tower because everyone in our group picked the Victorian tea option. When I asked if my food would be separate because it was gluten free, the waiter responded back to me like I was an idiot for asking.
After we were done eating, we must have waited 15-20 mins before seeing our waiter. When we were finally able to get her attention, she never asked us if we wanted anything else but simply with dead eyes asked us if we wanted the check. I had to ask her myself to please clear some the dishes away from the table since they do take up a lot of space on the small tables. Again, she acted annoyed at us for asking her to remove our dishes from the table.
It’s a cute spot but I probably wouldn’t come back again due to the service from the staff. It just makes me feel better that others have experienced this and that I wasn’t overreacting to their lack of attentiveness.
On the plus side, they do offer gluten free options without extra charge which I really appreciated!
Fantastic food to eat in or take out. Great at handling gluten-free, and lots of GF menu options. Thai Kitchen is a family favorite that we have easily once a month.
Tried to find out if the gluten free bagels truly are gluten free , meaning no cross contamination in prep area , oven etc . Refused to answer the questions , that tells me there's no separation of gluten free and regular items .
Great food, and great service. They had gluten-free options and accommodations. We had a last-minute party of eight and they gladly squeezed us in on Mother's Day.
My daughter & I love Playa Bowls! The atmosphere, staff and food--it is all fantastic and we can't wait to go back! (I also appreciate the option of gluten free granola!)
