came across this place on tiktok after trying to find somewhere to watch the NBA game! i walked in and wow, the atmosphere is so cute and clean. the bar is big and there’s so many tvs in the entire restaurant. even at some tables! I sat at the bar and the bartender was quick to greet me and made me feel comfortable since i came by myself. they had so many options for food, gluten free too and so many wing sauce flavors. this experience was 12/10 and i would definitely come back and try out more. this is a hidden gem in east brunswick for sure

Server forgot many items and needed to be reminded multiple times.
Worse, mixed up gluten free with gluten and customer with Celiac disease got sick within minutes. Nausea, bloating and diarrhea for a few days.
Very clean. Good selection of gluten free items. Self check out moves very quickly. Need more human cashiers for cash payments (but most Walmarts need more cashiers so...)

Was shocked that this place not only had a separate vegan menu, but a large one at that! Has to stop by for dinner while passing through Jersey. As a longtime vegan, I honestly miss little things like being able to stop in a hole-in-the-wall plaza place for some cheap, fried junk food, and this place did it all, but vegan!
Got quite a bit so we could explore the menu. Our server was young and not entirely sure of what was gluten-free, but she was really nice about going in the back to get the answers to all of my annoying questions. My partner is gluten-free, and I am afraid they did give her the meatball sub on gluten bread—thankfully, she isn’t Celiac’s about it.
Got to start my meal with a big mug of frosty root beer, of which Stewart’s is one of the best brands. This place rocks.
Yay gluten free pizza! I enjoyed my dine in time here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The gluten free pizza was very good. Fries are old school crinkle cut & not greasy. Dining area is clean. Will be happy to come back again and try different meals. It made for a nice and calm date night.
I have many allergies which our waitress, Christina, ensured I had a delicious meal! I had no idea Bonefish Grill has a gluten free menu & she helped me with making my meals also lactose free! Delicious, safe & friendly. I highly recommend the East Brunswick Bonefish Grill!

On Sunday, December 3, 2024, about 1:00 PM, I went to the Colonial Diner in East Brunswick. The site at 560 NJ-18, East Brunswick, NJ 08816, is convenient and has lots of free parking in their private lot. My $20 main dish and drink were reasonable. The hostess smiled and seated me near to the window, where I could view the busy highway. My waitress was pleasant and consistently checked in to ensure my satisfaction. Warm booths and gleaming chrome gave the diner a retro atmosphere. The floors, tables, and bathrooms were spotless.
Even though it was packed after lunch, I was served in five minutes. The dinner arrived 10 minutes after I ordered, which felt fast given the small crowd. Their traditional French toast with fresh strawberries was the best—fluffy and delicious. The server also recommended their full and excellent handmade soups.
People on diets can order gluten-free bread and vegetarian dishes. Savings are available to RU students with ID. The diner's weekly quiz nights make it exciting for the community. Casual, filling meals are available at the Colonial Diner. It distinguishes out among local restaurants for its pleasant service, great food, and clean, nostalgic atmosphere. The attentive service and delicious French toast made the visit even better. This eatery serves quick meals and weekend brunches. The large parking lot and student-friendly amenities are benefits.
Excellent seafood. Wonderful service. Gorgeous music cozy atmosphere. The double tuna app is phenomenal! And the gluten free choices are wonderful. 5 stars.
Our server's name is Tom. He was super nice! The same owner owns the one in South Jersey which also has super ice servers. This Denys has been cleaned up since we went years ago. We live in NYC and have been to Dennys when we are out late on the way home. We are just disappointed that it closes so early now. It closes at 10. They claim it is due to the pandemic but the pandemic apparently takes a break during the day and early evening.
We are really glad that the menu offers gluten free because an allergy to gluten is serious and some restaurants have no clue about that. I just wish there was more to offer on the gluten free menu.
I don't give 5 stars to chain restaurants but the service was great, it was clean and the menu has improved!

Absolutely awesome BBQ! We got a small catering order and it was even better than I expected. Every single item was delicious and everyone at our party was really impressed. Their team was very helpful explaining the different options and even helped out by explaining gluten free options. I would highly recommend for anything from a quick lunch to a large catering order!
