Tons of options for everyone! You can find dairy free, gluten free, vegan options. There are about 10-15 different food options of all types of cuisine. My favorite is the Meso Grill and Kulantro
A comeback hotspot with an ever-tempting menu, a tad pricey but compensates with generous proportions, with a mood-lifting ambiance.

The food is AMAZING here! Me and my family always get some empanadas and arepas. The people who work here are also very nice and helpful. Me and my family are gluten free and dairy free and are able to eat the empanadas and arepas!
Authentic vibes with fantastic empanadas and arepas, plus a delicious sauce that keeps everyone coming back for more!

The empanadas are fantastic! The salsa is amazing. All the food is made with love.
This place is right next to another place that serves vegan & gluten free food. But the owner makes her empanadas from masa, and substituted black beans and hatch chilies for us, making everything vegan and gluten free.
A standout spot with a totally unique menu offering tasty, stress-free dining options that impress with bold flavors and generous portions.

Restaurant advertises itself as 100% gluten free, but uses “Takis” as a bowl addition. Takis are not gluten free according to the brand website. The Notorious Poke is NOT safe for celiacs or those who are gluten intolerant. Owners need to better inform themselves on which ingredients and foods are gluten free and not gluten free as the safety of their customers should be top priority.
Known for its standout burnt crust, this spot offers a unique blend of flavors that keeps everyone coming back for more.

Hawt Pizza is a great place to eat! Their pizzas are better than any others I have tried in Albuquerque. Great gluten free and vegetarian pizza options. Nice selection of fresh salads as well. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was very clean.
You won’t be disappointed.

Such a fun atmosphere. All the employees were quick to make sure my ice cream dish was gluten free and they were way personable and fun. And the ice cream may be the best I’ve ever had in my entire life. The ube with condensed milk and La hung powder was amazing!!

Visited Albuquerque for a work trip this week, and found it difficult to find good gluten free options. Finding Flora was such a relief! Not only is the majority of their menu gluten free, but it’s incredibly tasty as well! The staff was super kind and the chef even came and spoke to me in person about how the food was safe for me to eat with my allergy. He even recommended some other good gluten free spots around town. All in all, one of the nicest interactions I’ve ever had with a restaurant. And if the people who helped me are reading this, thank you so so much!

I absolutely love this place. This is my go to spot in ABQ. All of the tea cocktails are amazing, the employees are always super friendly and knowledgeable, and the vibes are just right! It has the atmosphere of a buzzy cocktail bar but I also feel totally at ease with my laptop out studying. Don’t sleep on this place. Oh! And the gluten free biscuits are a nice touch. 👌

Delicious!! Tons of fancy, huge and healthy salads with delicious toppings. I got the Arugula Salad. I’m dairy free/vegan, gluten free, and limiting specific items in my diet right now (nightshades are a big one) so I appreciated being able to ask for no cheese, add garbanzo beans and avocado. There are of vegetarian/vegan options. The pickled fennel was surprisingly delicious!
This was the best salad and one of my favorite meals that I had on my entire week-long trip in Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Taos. Plus there were so many options in the food court for dessert, coffee, kombucha, or other snacks nearby.
Was a bit surprised that this was a food court (we were intending to find a sit down restaurant) — but this was far better.
