We were SO thrilled with our wedding desserts from Two Wheels Bakery! As a gluten-free bride, I wanted some tasty wedding desserts (and cake) that everyone could enjoy. We could not believe the support & quality of service that we received from this bakery after we contacted them with very short notice. Our guests raved about the desserts (the people who needed to know they were gluten free, did and the ones who didn’t had no idea!) Our cake was beautiful, tasty, and exactly what I was hoping for! We are so grateful for Susan's flexibility, guidance, and support throughout the process and will continue to support the business!

Innovative flavor combinations, love the Spanish influence in some of the dishes but with fresh seasonal ingredients. Cocktails are on point. Got the masa paccheri with nduja and peach, not sure if it's gluten free but wow, amazing texture and flavors. The pork belly also melts apart, it's so soft and flavorful. Would come back again 100%

Recently placed an order for their Gluten free (not required, but love hash browns) hash brown base quiche with ham. It was fantastic. Best quiche ever! Not a big quiche guy based on past experiences but Flat12 has transformed me. Great job! Definitely my go to for future quiche brunch fair.

The Chor Muang was delicious, I’m so happy it’s gluten free! Also the best Thai Iced Tea I’ve had, it tasted like I was drinking ice cream. A lot of care and effort is put into the dishes. :)
