Rob, our waiter, was professional and superior! He knew the menu, drinks, desserts & was also knowledgeable regarding several gluten free options.Our appetizers and dinners were served timely and hot. We enjoyed the delicious fresh food and the lemon drop Martini's were very good too. Rob, our waiter, made our dining at Perlos perfect! Our group of six agreed we will be returning to Perlos for a great Sunday night dining experience.

BBQ sauces and spices were on point! Our waitress was very nice and responsive. The restaurant had great ambiance and was clean. The ribs were slightly dry and the brisket not really fall apart, BUT i still highly recommended eating here. The sauces and spices are GLUTEN FREE! The corn bread was amazing and the other sides too. Pulled pork was amazing!
