Ordered gluten free sub (gluten allergy) online at 530. Email confirmation that the order will be done at 5:43pm. Went inside and was told they did not start this because it was gluten free and he had to make all the people’s order standing in line first. Approx. 5 customers.
I said ok since they make the gluten free differently. Went to my car and waited another 17 minutes until those five customers were served.
Went back inside and was told this was not started yet. I said I have been waiting over 30
Minutes at this point. Jersey Mikes Employee responded and said do you want me to make your sandwich and have all these people wait?
There was another line of 4-5 new customers and I still had not been helped!!! I said please just make the sandwich even if you have to cross contaminate. He made the sandwich and when I reached for it he just dropped it in front of me and walked away.

Staff was very nice. My kids always feel welcome here. Clean. Pay by weight, so be careful haha. New fro-yo shakes available. Provided extra spoons. Excellent selection - ice cream, oat based, sorbet, fro yo. So many choices. Food labels are right next to the products. Excessively great amount of fun toppings. Appreciate that hot fudge is gluten free. Has to go items. Kids have fun pulling the handles on their own. Comes out fast! Plenty of eat in spaced out or all the "to go" items are stocked and ready. Enjoy.
