I just about wanted to cry when I did a search for “gluten free near me” after finishing a Sunday long run in Hastings-on-Hudson and By The Way popped up! The shop is adorable and the gf pastries are beautiful. I bought a small apple cake and a mini cream puff (def needed more cream but maybe it was an anomaly of the batch) and a coffee. Will certainly be ending next week’s long run in that direction.

Cute tavern! We have gone back now multiple times. They are so accommodating/knowledgeable with gluten free! There are only a few items that you have to call ahead for 24 hours. But almost everything on their meal is gluten free. I LOVE the turkey shepherds pie with sweet potato mash on the top. And they carry gluten free cake from the local bakery. We also asked about sodium accommodations for my FIL, and the owner said that it could easily be done. So happy to support this business.

Love this place and recommend it for meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free folks. I have been a vegan chef for 15 years and this is what I like - a simple menu, a few excellently seasoned choices, and good spirits, either in the form of liquid or ambiance, to complete the meal. Divino's has all 3. You will not be disappointed. The service has always been great. If you come on a Wednesday, they have a separate vegan menu which is fabulous. We thought the pasta dishes would not be enough. Boy were we wrong. The portion for two hungry hikers was just right. The updated style is perfect for date night, or an event. The Speakeasy is cozy for a great cocktail or night with the gang. The outdoor space was welcoming with the pool of water below. Check it out. But, come hungry!

Cute little pizza restaurant. You can get a slice or dine in. The best part is that they have vegan cheese for those who don't consume dairy and gluten-free options as well. The owner's son made our food for us and it was delicious. He was very sweet and hospitable. He made a vegan spinach and mushroom wrap just for us! The garlic knots were deeeelish too! We will be returning for sure!

A cozy bar-restaurant with sultry interiors. A great date spot, but also saw a group having a lovely dinner there too! Loved the wine and cocktails. The wait staff is knowledgeable, though they can seem a bit busy doing multiple things at once (maybe just understaffed the night I went there). The food was delicious, with really accessible takes on French cuisine. Only one vegetarian entree, but I liked it :) The fish is gluten-free, and crème brûlée and chocolate mousse are too. Definitely would go again!

My family and I had a very good experience. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the portions were just the right size. They took excellent care of one our family members who has celiac disease and is dangerously allergic to gluten. We will definitely go back there and I totally recommend this place to anyone with celiac disease.
