Absolutely incredible Lebanese food and very nice and accommodating staff. My family rented out the restaurant for lunch for about 30 people after a funeral. They had a buffet for us so I was able to try many things. They have so many gluten free options clearly marked on the menu and can make some things gf by request (or calling in advance for specific dishes). The falafil, kabobs, and grape leaves were some of my favorites.
I am never disappointed with the Vermont Maple Cheddar burger. Probably my favorite burger of any restaurant. I have a family member that is gluten free, so it's nice to have that option from them as well.
As soon as you walk in, the place smells amazing. Our server was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The food was all extremely flavorful and abundant. They even gave us free extra rice to take home with our leftovers. Great place to go for gluten free or vegetarian options as well.
I ordered a delivery lunch for 20 for a work event. The food was outstanding - so delicious. The service was even better - from ordering to delivery. Highly recommend! We ordered chicken with rice, hummus, falafel and a salad. I didn’t have plates or forks+ (I forgot to ask) - the delivery person went out and came within minutes. Fantastic food and service. Good for those with dietary restrictions- vegan and gluten. Will definitely order again!!!
I have gluten allergies and was looking for somewhere that served rice noodles and rice paper rolls. Someone left a menu at work. I picked it up and decided to try I am glad I did its delicious and the serving size would easily feed 2. The peanut sauce and autumn rolls are out of this world. A must try for anyone. I don't know how they could make it any better.
We were in New Hartford visiting family and I am gluten free, as is my daughter so it is always difficult finding a place to eat. Well, we tried Carmellas and we're very happy with our choice. We did have a 30min wait but it was a Saturday night at dinner time, so to be expected. The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone that ordered had nothing but good things to say. The gluten free menu was extensive! Portions are generous! My daughter (2.5) got sauce noodles and I got the chicken broccoli alfredo and they were so good.
My gluten eating family got ribs, alfredo, tuna melt, sirloin and grilled cheese and no one had a single complaint.
Waitstaff are very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive even for a Saturday night. We will 100% be returning next time we're in the area visiting family!
Also, they offer a military discount. Even for 7 of us the bill was only $160 and we had two steak entrees and two gluten free entrees!
Only tiny negative thing I could mention was the music was a bit loud so we couldn't really hear one another well. We asked for it to be turned down and I'm unsure if they did or not.

Great steak, potatoes and brown sugar carrots were fantastic. Girlfriend had a gluten free chicken francaise that was very good with a delicious sauce! Love the new spot for them.

Peter's stocks a wide variety of speciality food items including gluten free, vegan & organic items. They provide books in the back of the store with ingredients lists for all their bulk items. The staff is very knowledgeable on the items they keep in stock. Would recommend Peter's as a one stop location for most gluten free organic foods on the grocery list. Been a customer for years. Would recommend.
Quality coffee with XL option. Awesome selection of gigantic donuts. Service is fast and attentive. Found a new favorite local place. Looking forward to trying bagels & breakfast. Also saw gluten free bagel option as well.
My friend got me a birthday chocolate chip gluten free one and it was the best gluten free dessert I have ever eaten.

Love this place. We go there when we can. Great place to get steak. I would suggest ordering the prime rib. If you get any steak that's not prime rib get it one degree down from how you normally order it. By that, I mean I normally order medium rare... here I order it rare. They are very accommodating to gluten free folks. It's always packed. I highly reccomend.
We love Rio Grande! The food is fantastic and the owner has always been extremely accommodating for a gluten allergy. I highly recommend the giant steak burrito, taco salad, chicken and steak fajitas and their delicious home-made salsa.
This wonderful, family-run, establishment is now a mainstay of our take out choices and it should be yours also!
They have the everything wings here that are known in the area, reviews from my group said they were good and they recommended them to others the next day.
Not many vegetarian options but they did have at least one and a gluten free option (flat bread (cauliflower crust) pizza).
Atmosphere were was fitting for the name and definitely had a rowdy group at the bar. When we asked for recommendations for beer the waiter asked the regulars which I found funny.
We went to this Pizza Hut cuz the one in Rome had the dining room closed. Explained to Sean about our gluten-free cheese sticks made from a gluten-free pizza crust with cheese and the seasonings. He accepted the challenge and came out victorious. The cheese sticks were perfect, nice and crisp and our pizzas were perfect too just the way we ordered them. Thank you, Sean
Anthony made my wife the best gluten free pizza she has found so far. There is no question why Sicilian Delight has been the cornerstone of the Sangertown Square mall food court forever. I applaud their consistent quality that has been a hallmark of their food for decades
