Always enjoy the food and service is great. Gluten free menu available. Fryers are shared so not for those with celiac. Apple Vinaigrette dressing is very good!

Very good gluten free crust! Ordered pickup and had to go back to confirm it was GF because it tastes so good. Food was ready in 25 min, too!

I've been there three times already, twice for cream tea and once for afternoon tea. They were all great. I loved the addition of the clotted cream with the cream tea, for some reason it wasn't served with the afternoon tea. I will say that scones are not traditional scones, more like little triangular cakes. But, still good. And the afternoon tea had a really good assortment. Interestingly the gluten free scones were more like traditional scones, so it might be worth requesting them. Will be back, probably soon.

Dog friendly, meat friendly, vegan friendly, gluten free friendly, human friendly, ALL the friendlies! 💯❤️ We were BLOWN AWAY by the staff, food, and service tonight! While waiting in their amazingly dog-friendly park area for our table, the very friendly George suddenly approached us with a HUGE bone-shaped treat. He said it was made in-house with pumpkin and other natural ingredients and asked if it was okay to give to our dog..we were THRILLED to say "yes, of course!" We were so lucky to coincidentally also get George as our waiter afterwards. He was so personable and attentive. When he found out I have unusual dietary restrictions (vegan + gluten free/celiac disease), he went above and beyond to connect me with a fellow staff member Rachel who has similar dietary needs. I hadn't even forewarned them that I'd be coming, so I didn't expect this level of service Rachel came to our table all smiles and gave some awesome suggestions. After hearing her knowledge and experiences, I trusted her so much and asked if she could just put in her own favorite order for me, which she DID, and she also put in our other orders too, even though she wasn't our waiter. She was SO sweet and said hi to us several more times throughout the night. When George brought our food out, he had taken it upon himself without any suggestion from us to follow celiac precautions, as to not cross-contaminate the food. We never requested this, and I was so impressed he had the thoughtfulness to do it regardless. The food was TERRIFIC for both me and the normal/meat eaters. I literally ate my bowl clean While we were finishing our meal, a waitress who wasn't in our area suddenly came over to us to give another house-made treat to our dog! Our dog was attacked 3x last summer, became super skittish, and is brand new to dining out. The extreme kindness of the staff tonight REALLY helped him out. He's trying to become a therapy dog, and these positive experiences for him mean the world for us. This is exactly what's rehabilitated him ❤️ If I could rate for 6 or 10 or 100 stars, I would. We will definitely be back! Thank you, George and Rachel

Great place for hibachi. You can request gluten free entree with white rice. Shrimp sauce is only gf dressing for salad but very good. Great food and service!

Wonderful food!! The gluten free gingerbread cake with cranberry filling and cream cheese frosting was amazing & delicious!! The massaman curry with squash and tofu, was so yummy, and very nourishing, made with quality ingredients!! O is super friendly, fun, and an excellent chef and baker! Highly recommended!

Excellent food and service! Subs are made fresh when you order. I have very many food allergies including gluten and food additives. I can eat here with no problems. The staff takes EXTRA precautions IF you tell them when ordering. Just ask about ingredients if you need help. Everyone there is more than happy to help! People talk of slow service but if there is only one or two working with 15 orders, it takes a few minutes to get your food because it is FRESH. This isn't fast food or premade. It is high quality food and bread. Try it for yourself. I doubt you'll be disappointed!

Osaka has gluten free options listed on their menu. I usually have the shrimp and veggies with rice and carrots. I've never had any problem with my stomach after eating at this restaurant. I've been to other Japanese restaurants where the waiters and waitresses just didn't know anything about gluten but the employees at Osaka are gluten aware and can tell me what is ok even if it is not on the separate gluten free menu.
