We love this pizza. We are very gluten free and this is the absolute best pizza choice for us. We buy par-bake and freeze them. They heat nicely in the air fryer. We will never go anywhere else!
Enjoy a lively atmosphere with remarkable drink choices and standout service, making every visit feel special and memorable.

This place is great!! So rare to find gluten-free, but this place had 5!! Excellent smoothies. The frozen seltzers would be great for a hot summer day! Highly recommended, and I can't wait to go back!!

There are so many things I love about Generations Cafe! The coffee, baristas, and atmosphere provide the best experience around. I haven't tried their tea, but they have a wide variety, and I've heard their Macha and "dirty chai" are both wonderful. The cold brew is steeped for something like 24-hours and is pretty powerful and delicious! They offer oat, almond, skim, whole, and chocolate milk options as well as a wide variety of syrups, including a couple of sugar-free.
As far as the food.... They sell a few different breakfast sandwiches, but my favorite option is the avocado toast on rosemary bread. I always ask them to add roasted red peppers, and it's out of this world. The sea salt and cracked pepper really kick it up a notch! Muffins and gluten-free cookies are also brought in from local bakers, and flavors change seasonally.
The cafe is spacious with many bar seats and 2-tops, a couple of 4-tops, a couple of larger tables in the back, and some cozy furniture settings. If you don't mind the noise when it's busy, it's a great place for working remotely. Every time I'm in town, this is my home office. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and they love their regulars. They also offer online ordering and loyalty points with discount rewards.
On top of all of that, they decorate the walls with local art for purchase that changes throughout the year, offer a section of used books for sale (donated by the library), and offer unique items like jewelry, clay planters, and essential oils from local vendors. As much as I would love to keep this place all to myself, it's too good of a secret to keep in the quaint little town of Columbiana.
A chill spot with careful attention to allergies, perfect for grabbing a tasty salad that keeps it simple and fresh!

I love that Riser's is super cautious when someone in your party has a gluten allergy. Although there are no specific gluten free options, the grilled chicken salad (with no fries or croutons) is a go-to delicious option!
