My family and I were so happy that this new bakery opened. Not just because they have good food but more importantly because they have several good gluten free options. We have three GF people in the family so finding desserts is hard, especially in small town Guthrie. The ladies there were extremely friendly and helpful. They directed us to the GF items, both cupcakes and ice cream. All of the food we tried was delicious!

Great experience at Billy Sims today! Was looking for somewhere my mother could eat in town. She has to eat gluten-free she has celiacs disease. We walked in, the manager was very educated and informed us how Billy Sims has taken all of the hidden gluten out of their recipes the only things you have to worry about are the obvious like bread etc.… She was absolutely delighted and our meal was delicious. Great conversation too. Highly recommend!

BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I've been gluten free for 15 years. I have never left a food review for any restaurant but I'm so excited about this pizza I had to tell everyone!! Lol. To all my fellow gluten free Oklahomans... you gotta try it. It's fantastic!!
The Biscuit Blowout was amazing! My fiend ordered the ham steak and eggs and was pleasantly happy with her meal since she is gluten free.

Our food was delicious. I need to eat Gluten-Free (if I don't want to feel awful later), and I did not have any reactions from swapping out corn tortillas for the flour ones in a quesadilla. If you have Celiac, you should definitely ask more questions on the preparation practices to be sure it is safe for you. I got a quesadilla & my daughter got a full-of-gluten chimichanga (which she devoured!). I was fine with the flan (it was not the smoothest flan I've ever had, but the flavor was good), and she loved her fried ice cream (not GF).
I'm going to say that honestly this is the best pizza spot in Guthrie not even close...now my wife prefers gluten free but in the end for the price and quality
