Do yourself a favor and buy ranch ahead of time. They consistently forget to give you the extra ranch containers that you pay for. Food is decent. Gluten free crust is tasty.

This is our second visit to Pryor and we came back to Mia's. The waitress is again very helpful. I am Gluten free, and she was able to make excellent suggestions. Food was outstanding. Prices are good.

Utter PERFECTION! I'm not even supposed to eat this, because of a gluten intolerance, but IDC!! Too good to pass up. It was golden, gooey, and hot! I will be back for more undoubtedly!! No pics because it was devoured...

Personally I believe Braum's has the best hamburgers in town of any of the fast food chains. They are not always as fast though. I am rating a 3 because while their food is great they have a fly problem in their seating area. Braum's also has a small grocery section with fresh produce, dairy, breakfast items, frozen foods, and a large selection of ice cream. I have also seen special diet items like sugar free and gluten free.

Mazzios and kens hold a special place in my heart I sometimes think I see them with nostalgia. But I recently got to dive back through a large portion of the menu and none of it was bad they had a crustless option for no carb and a gluten free . The pastas for when you do want carbs I love the six cheese bake. The pizzas are still good I had several crusts and styles and the sauces and toppings went well. There were wings and sandwiches and both were well made and tasty. We order the ranch in a big to go container if you haven't had it your missing out. The salad bar is solid if lackluster. The staff quite courteous and knowledgeable so give them a try
