I had the pleasure of using Bredenbeck’s bakery for my daughter’s sweet 16. Dana is awesome the customer service was amazing and according to my guests the cake was delicious. I have a gluten allergy and ordered GF cupcakes. The gluten free cupcakes were very dry but good. I’ve had my share of gf cakes and I think Bredenbeck’s could use a tiny bit more work on trying to make their gf cakes as moist as their cakes that are not gf. Overall great experience.

Went to Nirvana for the first time last night and it was an all around great experience. The atmosphere was so chill and welcoming. Service was top notch. I’m sad I didn’t get the waiters name because he was so lovely. We ordered a little bit of everything and it was all incredibly delicious. We really appreciated all the gluten free options. We can’t wait to go back!

Best. Bakery. Around! I have never been disappointed with Night Kitchen; I have been using them for my events for 15 years and I think they keep getting better. We were thrilled to have them make us a sweet, small cake for our wedding celebration and a year later provided us with a lovely mini cake for our anniversary celebration. My personal favorites are mocha with raspberry filling but their lemon and carrot cakes are also top contenders. In addition to our wedding cake they were also able to provide us with some gluten free options at our wedding, which were received by all.
A few times a year my husband and I treat ourselves to the sour cream coffee cake- 12/10 recommend!
The staff is lovely and always there to help. Always nice to be in a friendly environment!

Treat yourself to a brunch in charming Chestnut Hill. Free parking on Sundays in a nearby parking lot. Food is fresh and made to order. Gluten free pasta is available. Lovely hostess, comfortable inside seating and shaded outside seating on a side street. Great tasty grilled veggie sandwich. Salads are large, creative and full of great veggies. Top off your brunch with homemade gelato or an Afogato.

The food at El Poquito is delicious (can't go wrong with the guac!) And there's plenty of foods and drinks to match any diet - we went with a vegetarian and someone who is gluten-free and there was tasty food for all. Also the manager Amy is so kind to all the guests and you can tell that she is helpful to the staff because one a busy night when we were there, she was in the throws of it with all the servers and bartenders helping out!
Expect a tasty experience with quick pick-up and a menu that's just as good as the original, making it a go-to spot for sopes lovers!

Outstanding!! Have been an El Limon regular at Flourtown and am happy to report that the new Chestnut Hill location is just as tasty! Had tinga and veggie sopes, all delicious. The sopes are gluten free, btw. Order was for pick up and was ready in 10 mins.
It's not on the menu but they have gluten free bread! My sandwich was excellent and had no celiac symptoms, seems like they know GF. Super friendly too, I'll definitely be going back !

Love this cozy spot and definitely added to my favorites because I love how cozy and the "chill" aspect of it. Tons of flavors and definitely yummy. Even if you are on a diet or lactose intolerant, they have options for you! Also, there are captions which display if the flavor is Dairy free, or gluten free, etc, which can be really reassuring even if you are still eating sugary yogurt.Lots of differing toppings to put on your yogurt. If you want some substance, they have pretzels. Don't really want frozen yogurt? They have brownies instead! Anyways price is based off how much you put into your cup, but average is about 10 dollars. Hot fudge and caramel sauces plus extra other sauces make for an amazing dessert!
A hidden gem! Tucked in behind the Chestnut Hill Hotel off of E Southampton Ave. There is a small parking lot and street parking. There is a nice selection of vendors inside the farmers market with great gluten free options, coffee, fresh veggies, sushi, and more. Great for lunch. There is seating inside, but I love the outdoor patio better. There is also a nice water feature with seating around a fire pit.
There is a great park for kids around the corners and lots of shopping on Germantown Ave.
A local gem loved for its cozy vibe and bustling atmosphere, perfect for regular visits despite occasional crowds.

Great neighborhood spot. Come here regularly. A secret gem is the delicious gluten free everything bagel you can order toasted with butter or as part of a sandwich. Highly recommend!! And, yes, it gets crowded and sometimes the counter staff are distracted, but that’s just the reality of a popular local hub. We are very lucky to have this place in Chestnut Hill!
