Its so hard to find really good gluten sensitive baked goods and this place does it better than any other! Their muffins and cupcakes are to die for and the meal prep options are great too.

This is probably the best Thai food in the surrounding Nashville area! Great food, gluten free options(meaning they use soy sauce that is gluten free and rice noodles), atmosphere is nice and the stuff is very friendly. Easy to become a regular here and have the staff remember your order =) all and all, really nice, quick and great quality. Also ask for peanut sauce when getting pad thai, really good especially if you want to calm down a spicy pad thai!

What a gem of a place!! Coffee is excellent. Their gluten free cakes are delicious and my husband loved their cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins. Service is amazing, it is very clean, and it is a wonderful place to relax. They have a wonderful music selection too. We make it a point to visit whenever we come to town. Thank you for a great experience!!

Service was excellent and the food was amazing... Authentic Italian. I asked for a gluten-free option and the chef prepared a special risotto dish for me. My husband had a traditional pasta dish and fresh bread. The Gelato was so delicious too. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return when I'm back in the area.
We had the lunch buffet and my only complaint would be that I wish there were more vegetarian options. That said, they have about 3 or 4 which is average but 2 were not gluten free and the masala was peas which are not my favorite... So really it's not as much a general lack of options as it is a lack of options for me.
The food was good, the service was very good, and it's a big place so it was busy enough to keep the buffet fresh without it being crowded or having to wait.

Great place, great food, great service. The owners are a really sweet couple, and they will do whatever they can to compensate for food allergies, like MSG, seafood/shellfish, soy, gluten, different nuts, all of it, if you ask. The place gets busy around 5-6pm at night, so coming earlier is always better! (or later, like around 8-9pm, when things cool down a bit) In the lunch rush, its usually 11-2 that's pretty busy, and they open around 10, so coming at opening would give you a good time! For Saturday lunches, they're not usually as busy (everyone comes Saturday nights), so you may enjoy the quiet a bit more then!
I used to work here as a server and cashier, I'd be largely involved with the customers all the way until closing. All around it's a very popular place with the locals, being right by Krogers. The owners (And Candy! She's a sweet woman) have been around for almost 2 decades, they previously owned China Express around the corner. It's become much more popular with the same good food. They love seeing people happy to enjoy their food.
On the unfortunate occasion that the food isn't to the customer's liking, the staff will happily take the food back and have them fix you something else of equal value, or if nothing else, a refund. It's their goal at the end of the day to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible for a small dining experience.
One of the very few draw backs is that they're often understaffed. This isn't by choice, but from my personal opinion (as someone who had been there for about a year), the lack of staffing is from a lack of applicants that the owners feel they can trust (not completely unfounded, seeing as some of the few hired applicants never showed, or cancelled hours into the workday).
I'm obviously biased, seeing as I grew up with this place and these people, but I want it to flourish and grow and to be a happy place people come to eat and enjoy.
Celebrating a birthday here is a treat, with vibrant decor and a tempting dessert case, plus hot, fresh coffee beckoning for morning visits!

Birthday dinner of Shrimp & Grits was excellent!! The chef/owner was engaging, gave us excellent options for gluten-free options! The food was hot, fresh and filling! The Dessert case was a beautiful thing to behold the night we were there! The restaurant was clean & the decor is fun. I’m looking forward to stopping early in the day for some hot fresh coffee! We’ll be back!
Catfish was excellent! Gf also. Husband had the baked chicken and thought it was taste also.
Super friendly and great service.
They helped me pick out what could eat having Celiac & made sure.
Pretty good. Sushi was kind of blah, but it was the end of the night. Buffet was good, and my gf with Celiac's did not have a bad time. Would return 10/10.
