Went there for gluten free pizza and a salad bar. We ordered and the waitress was great with no issues there. The salad bar lettuce some was brown and huge chunks of lettuce hearts, you had to pick through it to much. The gluten free pizza crust was too thin and kinda gummy, and the sauce tasted like tomato paste. All in all not a great experience, we've ate there often and hope that Berts owners step up and fix the issues.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location vs the Alcoa The reason we like the Madisonville one is it's closer to our house & not as crowded as the Alcoa.
Also there not open on Saturday or Sunday
We recommend theses dishes
1.Snow crab 🦀 soup tastes GOOD!
2.Gluten free Vegetable soup GOOD!
3.Chicken Philly cheese on Rye bread instead of a white hoagie GOOD!
ALSO BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO BURN YOUR TONGUE IT'S EXTREMELY HOT HOTTER THEN AT HOME!!!
Casual eatery with perfectly baked gluten-free pizza featuring a cracker-crisp crust and fresh, flavorful cheese.

I have pretty much given up hope that a pizza place good make a great gluten free pizza. I ordered the gluten free intending to try and toss. In my hurry I forgot to say well done.. because let's face it..most gluten free tastes like wet cardboard. To my surprise I show up to a perfect baked pie. Cheese slightly brown, pepperoni curled on edges, crust cracker crispy. I'm excited because only Donatos in Knoxville ever got close to a good GF pizza. I ate half the pizza on the drive home ..not greasy because real cheese, excellent flavor...this GF can stand toe to with any thin crust around. I get home full to try my Philly cheese steak sandwich. Which was the whole reason I stopped. Outstanding!! I grew up north of Pittsburgh and rarely find a good Philly. Madisonville Goodfellas for the win!
