I love this place and that they use healthier ingredients in their pizza. They use organic wheat for their crust, usually I have to eat gluten free but I am able to eat their crust. They also use olive oil which is much healthier the than the cheaper synthetic oils many restaurants use. I love pesto and their vegetarian pesto pizza is amazing! I also really enjoy their tomato sauce when I get a regular veggie pizza and like to add pineapple to it. Their custom cheese blend is great too!

I'm on a Snap Pass plan and I buy meals for me and my family here every week. I work a challenging job and rarely have time or energy to cook, so being able to get fresh gluten-free meals that I can just heat in the microwave is hugely helpful! The quality is better than similar fresh meals I've gotten from grocery stores -- Snap Kitchen meals don't have the weird preservatives and chemicals that grocery store kitchens tend to use. We've recently enjoyed the pumpkin pancakes, shrimp and grits, maple dijon chicken, and harvest salad. The free bonus snacks I get as a Snap Pass member don't hurt either! My one complaint (as I notice has been mentioned in other reviews) is that the chicken can sometimes be overcooked if I microwave it for the recommended time. I've taken to checking the chicken before microwaving it -- if it's already fully cooked, I lessen the heating time. Making sure chicken is fully cooked is a food safety issue, so I can see how Snap Kitchen might be erring on the side of caution, but it might help to adjust the heating times on the chicken dishes. In general, this is a great service!

I have been shopping here for over 8 years. The staff are friendly, helpful when you ask them about anything you’re looking for. I have never seen so much variety of Organic products and Gluten Free products, also Vegan Foods it’s just so many different delicious choices in there Hot food section, There Pizza is absolutely delicious. The gentleman who name is Eddy is so respectful and seems to know every time I walk up with my Husband or even when my Son and his kids. We all go constantly to this specific location by Arboretum. A clean grocery store it’s amazing how “Eddy “ knows what we like on the Pizzas it’s just so yummy and he makes the best Pizza. He keeps his work area very clean that’s so important when you’re working with food. No contamination in there. I highly recommend that you shop here every week like I and my family do. A Big shout out to such great staff this store has. I will continue to shop here every Saturday morning.

I paid extra to make sure an item was gluten free and I received an item not marked as gluten free and with broccoli that I didn’t order. They didn’t apologize, tried to convince me it was fine to eat because they ran out of gluten free stickers, and then offered a credit or to drive there and back again (30 minutes) to pickup a corrected order. I did get a refund when I directly asked for one, but the entire reason why I picked this place was that they had gluten free food. The quality to price just isn’t there and I’ve been pretty consistently getting cold food. This location has gone down hill, if you don’t have an allergy restriction, there’s lots of cheaper and better options out there.
