My husband and I went on a weekend getaway to Johnson City. We ate here last night and it’s our new favorite restaurant. It’s a fun, lively place. Our waiter, Donoven was wonderful, and the food is out of this world. I have a gluten allergy, so I got the cauliflower crust Greek to Me pizza. I took one bite and I said, “This is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had!” They make the cauliflower crust in house and it is so good! My husband had the Big Johnson and he said it was delicious!
We are now driving back to Johnson City to come back here for my husband’s birthday next month and we are already counting down the days! :)

There’s no gluten free bread but the meat and green beans were good, although the staff I spoke to didn’t seem very knowledgeable about gluten allergy or Celiac.

The spinach Swiss omelet with added mushrooms and onions is perfection ($10.40 comes hashbrowns and toast)! The scrumptious pancakes (a vanilla muffin) were huge and fluffy. The waitress Valen was perfection in assisting someone in my group with celiac. The building inside immaculate with old word charm. It was a highlight to enjoy this gem.
Set beside a distillery, this family-run spot offers a welcoming atmosphere with dog-friendly outdoor seating. The intimate food shack setting and knowledgeable staff create a safe, accommodating environment ideal for those seeking gluten-free dining experiences.

Wow. Best fish tacos and tostadas I’ve ever had. The chef & owners were so fun to talk with and very knowledgeable about where their product comes from, knew every ingredient and source, the kind of thing you wish you got everywhere. I’ll be stopping in every time we drive up this way!! Too bad they don’t have bold and underline for reviews on here 😜 check it out!!! They had vegetarian mushroom options and gluten free options for my little brother and he was very impressed as well 🙏🔥🙌 10/10

Cozy, well-decorated shop with excellent coffee (locally roasted, single-origin or high quality blends), awesome, friendly staff, and great food. They even have gluten/dairy-free or friendly options, which is awesome (esp. for me and others with food allergies). Hughly recommend.

We stopped in for breakfast on our way through the hill country. We had a great breakfast… they even made me a gluten free panini. The staff was very friendly and a delight! We will definitely be back and hope to stay in the cute town of Blanco! Thank you for great service!
