Came to Maya’s on a whim. It is now my go-to restaurant! Everything is fresh and delicious. Their air-fryer options help me avoid the oils that are usually ubiquitous to restaurant food. I can also easily avoid gluten as well as hit protein targets. I love the flavors. Everything tastes thoughtfully made. Service is good and pleasant. Sometimes the inside of the restaurant is a little warm, climate-wise, but that doesn’t bother us much. I feel very comfortable bringing my 3 year old son here to dine. All around wonderful restaurant and so glad to have this gem in the neighborhood.
A well-stocked haven for natural products, offering a diverse selection of vegetarian, vegan, and organic items, though slightly pricier than regular stores.

Servers are very friendly and explained any items we weren't familiar with. Gluten free pastry options were yummy and so was the coffee. Hubby got a Nutella empanada (not gf); I got a gf coffee cake which was incredible.
Punny eats and toasty buns create a laid-back vibe, plus delicious margaritas make this spot a must-visit in Texas!

If you have Gluten allergies, please stay away!
My husband ordered a burger on a gluten free bun and it came out with a regular bun. Luckily we caught it before a bite was taken. A manager came over and asked if they could switch the bun or if it had to be remade. He told him it had to be remade. He got the new burger ate and left. He is now in intestinal distress because he most definitely got glutened.
