Delicious brunch! There were not many gluten-free options marked on the menu, but I was able to modify a dish (no bread) to make it gluten-free, and I had no issues with illness!

Found Jimena though Instagram and thought I would give her a try since I needed cookies for my baby shower. She was super quick to respond, had them on time, gave me ideas since I wasn’t sure what I really wanted but the big seller for me was she perfected gluten free baking.
