In short, this is one of the only places to get a GF meal for individuals who are celiac. Issue 1 - We order, validated, and paid for a GF burger. We didn’t receive one and before we can check if for my child, she ate it. Ended up being very sick because of it. Issue 2 - Went back for an order via drive through for 6 meals. Ended up going home and missing 2 of them. Issue 3 - came back the next day to reorder the missing items, and mention the issues with the team member there. I was dismissed and she didn’t care to hear, let alone let me finish my statement of the issue I had. There was no apology. No offer of making things right. No care about being asked to validate a GF meal for health safety concerns. It’s a shame this is one of the only places that I am forced to eat with my family who is GF.

The staff is always super nice and helpful. Food is always amazing. Love the pick your own topping aspect as well. Would definitely recommend to a family with picky eaters or gluten free.

Was so pleased to learn that they have gluten free donuts on Saturday and Sunday on a random trip in with my grandkids this morning. I am a highly reactive celiac and so I only bought one even though there were tons of amazing choices-but always hesitant when trying a new place. Had a great experience and they even offered to place in a separate bag for me and had them all isolated separately from the others. So thankful for them!

SP is a hidden gem in the heart of Lakeway. The food is to die for, but even better than the food is the service. Absolutely top notch. You can’t let your napkin hit the floor before someone is placing a new one on your lap. They are simply fantastic. Bonus points for giving out food to the community during the covid shut down. And gluten free cheesy rolls!!!!! 🤤

By far the best Firehouse location I have ever been to. I have regularly been eating here for a few years and have never been disappointed. Service is always excellent, food is great, and I appreciate how the owner is present and always makes sure the place runs well. I have to eat gluten free and they are great for accommodating food allergies. Highly recommend!

I have a gluten allergy & always order corn tortillas. The server told me after we finished lunch that they put flour in their corn tortillas! What?? That should be mentioned on the menu that corn tortillas aren’t safe for GF folks. Needless to say, I was very sick that evening. We really liked it here but won’t go where I can’t have safe GF options.

Coffee is delicious here! Highly recommend their breakfast sandwich (and they have gluten free bread available). A nice spot for a good brunch overall.

Lovely setting near the lake and nice traditional food. We were surprised that with so many gluten free options on the menu, there was close to zero accommodations for food allergies. When we asked for options - any restaurant we go accommodates cooking any meat with fries, no butter, at least - we were told by a grim looking staff that they could offer salad or a burger without cheese. That's it. My son ended up not having any food and we didn't leave because my son insisted we stayed and eat first. We grabbed him food else where later, but really didn't enjoy our "family dinner" experience there. You can do better, guys. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Papa Murphy's has the best pizza! Fresh ingredients. They even carry a gluten free crust. My repeated order is gluten free gourmet vegetarian pizza. It comes with garlic sauce (instead of traditional marinara) that is so excellent with the veggies.

The braised ribs were Gluten-free as advertised on the menu. Watch out for cross-contamination of wings (our waiter was quite helpful in Gluten-free knowledge). Excellent drinks and delicious ribs!

Had a great experience this weekend. Another pizza place nearby canceled my online order without explanation so I had to call to even find out why. So I placed a last minute order with DoubleDave’s 15 min before close expecting I might not get it. However they fulfilled my order, the order was correct, toppings generous, and the gluten free crust was delicious. Staff was friendly when I picked up, and I greatly appreciate them filling orders til the last minute. Definitely will return!

We loved all the meat we bought and sides! So happy we have quality meat to purchase in Lakeway. Loved the buffalo caulflower side dish and pickled asparagus. My family also loved the gluten free treats they have in stock. They have a little bit of everything. Will def go back.
