I love this place. I work in West valley and live in layton. There are a lot of sushi places that are on tye way home I will drive a half hr out of the way to come here and they have the best ginger and are gluten free friendly with GF soy sauce

We love Sushi Ya. I have to eat gluten-free and even though there are not a lot of options there is still a variety I can order. Now if they did gluten-free tempura they would be perfect!!

Horrible accomodations from our server Angel. Did not understand what a gluten allergy was and my girlfriend was poisoned that night. I stressed the fact that she was celiac and the allergy was hand waved as if it was of no concern. We also did not receive everything that was ordered. Will not be back.

I have family with gluten issues. I called la choi's asking about gluten free options. They were more than happy to make gluten free dishes for my family. They were the only chinese restaurant in the area that said they could do gluten free. My gluten free family member loved there food.

They have great sandwiches and it is nice that they make there sandwiches with a lettuce bun for a gluten free option. My whole family loves this place.
