What a great recommendation from the Zion Motel staff. Great food. Great service.We even went back the next night because we loved it so much. Gluten free and Vegan options. We had enchiladas and the brownie volcano. Wow! Potions were large. The burgers seemed very popular, as we saw many being served. Lovely porch area to enjoy a meal. Ate lunch there yesterday and found it to be very good. Best Chili Rellenos I've had in a long time and they don't deep fry them which I hate. My sister had the tamales that she said were very good and they are gluten free, a must for her. As was the green & red salsa on top; our server checked the kitchen to make sure and informed us that only the enchilada sauce was not gluten free. My Mom had enchiladas that she said were good. The refried beans were homemade, not out of a can! As was the salsa that came with our chips. According to our server, Las Lupitas just moved into the building a year ago. I hope they repaint it in the near future as the white walls were blah; need some color in there! I've eaten at the Las Vegas and Mesquite Las Lupita's and so far I like the this one in Hurricane Utah the best in regards to the food.

We came from south of Houston, Texas, and Siam Sapp Thai Cuisine (formerly Mekong Kitchen) was one of the best meals of our trip! We had the pho, basil rolls, Thai tea, fried rice, and steamed dumplings everything was SO good and full of fresh flavor.
