Worth the drive for an authentic taste of Italy. They make their own dough from imported Italian flour. They also make their own desserts. Excellent value for the quality of food. They do have Gluten friendly pasta options but I find I’m not as sensitive with European flour.
I normally get the Gluten Free Large pizzas from there because of my Celiac disease. And I ask them to clean their counters and I never gotten sick from their pizza's which is awesome!!
I highly suggest this place for people who have a Celiac disease for Gluten, just ask them to clean their counters and change their gloves. And all should be good for yea.
Their pistachio French macarons are literally my favorite dessert right now, with the orange macarons coming in as a surprise second.
Their whoopie pies are amazing, and the gluten free cupcakes are unbelievable.
I live in Florida and every time I come visit, I try the goods at Doodle Buns, and it's somehow even better than I remember.
Always love this place. Been coming here for 12 years. Have a child with non celiac gluten sensitivity. Their gluten free pizza dough and toppings are fabulous and 😋delicious.
The brisket was phenomenal. Not many places to eat in a place like Yelm that serve gluten free food, and this was delicious. And the entire staff was delightful and accommodating!

I hired them to cater my company’s luncheon event for 60 people. Everyone loved it. Food was delicious, Service was on point and great! The fact that they had many Gluten Free and Vegetarian options was a huge bonus!! Very kind, professional and wonderful people. I highly recommend them!

Delightful experience all the way around. Thoughtful ingredients for food allergy sensitive needs, the owner went above and beyond in accommodating a holiday order, and pickup was a breeze. Highly recommend for any new military families coming in to JBLM and for locals alike! We wanted dairy free, soy free, gluten free cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls and they are awesome.
Nothing special- a little too pricey for the order for what we got. Military discount. Drumstick "drummies" were dry and all the sauce was in the box. They did cater well to a gluten intolerance with part of our takeout order.
