I ordered tuna steak and risotto and specifically asked if it was gluten free, which the waiter said it was. It turned out the it was a risotto based on wheat grains, so definitely not gluten free. When i said that I couldn't eat it, they swapped the risotto for a bowl of plain rice and I still payed full price.
So while the tuna steak was quite nice and the view was amazing, the service really let me down here as it seemed the waiter just pretended he knew what i was asking about and gave me something I'm allergic to. If he had asked what I meant, I could probably have gotten something actually gluten free from the start and not just a bowl of rice.

Excellent dishes. They have gluten-free options for celiacs, but where things go really bad is in the cocktails. Terrible drinks. A mango sour that seemed like juice because it lacked pulp, sugar, and alcohol. VERY watered-down drinks. The pisco sour was the same. We asked for a fix; the guy who served us was friendly, but he brought us the drink anyway. They just added more ice and shook it.
