The setting and the lunch at the vineyard of the Mazzarrini family was perfect. Lovely on the terrace and overlooking the vineyard and hills we were served the very extensive lunch. The people are very friendly and provide a familiar and relaxed atmosphere. Gluten-free lunch is no problem. Dogs are welcome. The wine cellar is not large, but nice and interesting to visit.

Spent two amazing nights at Hotel Hermitage in early June with my friends! The hotel is located on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beaches with crystal clear waters and breathtaking. Upon checking in, we were upgraded to the sea-view suites with two full bathrooms each! The rooms are clean and bright, and tastefully decorated, reflecting the authentic vibe and rich history of the island.
We were pleasantly surprised to find that beach chaise lounges are reserved by room numbers, so there’s no need to head to the beach early in the morning to reserve your spots and there’s no worry about anyone taking your chairs if you leave the beach and come back later. To our relief, chairs are always assigned to you by your room number.
There are four restaurants in the hotel, as well as a beachside lunch menu. We tried all four restaurants and ordered food to the beach, and not once were we disappointed. The food was excellent with some delicious and exquisite local staples, and the breakfast buffet was rich with lots of variety and healthy selections, as well as gluten-free options. The pool bar offers some excellent drinks too with sweeping views of the sea.
The staff is extremely professional and courteous, promptly and accommodating, our needs and requests, and offering tips on where to go and what to do. They also have a full service spa should one feel like getting any treatments.
I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to spend some relaxing time on the beach in a beautiful laid-back Italian seaside setting with magical sunset views. I’m grateful for the wonderful time we had there and the amazing service and treatment we received. The owner Gian Luca is attentive to his guests, making sure everyone is enjoying their time at the hotel. I would gladly go back there with friends or family.

WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! We have been there several times for both lunch and dinner, the wait staff was polite and well trained; excellent food, all locally sourced and local, excellent quality/price ratio! With us there were also two celiac girls who were treated very well and had many options for them (long and short pasta and various vegetarian dishes).
The chef also let us taste some extras such as the freshly beaten tartare, wonderful desserts including gluten-free ones on the menu..... we highly recommend!!!
