We are a regular at this cafe and it never disappoints. The food is good but what sets it apart from others, is the superb service, hospitality and community interaction. I love the upgrades they do to the place like covering the back outside area so its weatherproof and promoting local art and craft for sale. My only comment is I wish there were some Keto options for adults and a both Dairy Free & Gluten Free option - especially for kids.

10/10 experience!! So great to have a gluten free fish batter option for us gastrointestinally challenged folks. Rocked up at 9pm for a late dinner and was greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. I was given all of the options for my gluten free allergy and they double checked to ensure it was safe to eat. We received complimentary bubbles (I didn’t realise it was valentines day😅) Fantastic meal. Even leaving and paying the bill the staff had time for a chat and thanked us for coming. I just got the worst GF pizza from the Koutu branch. The normal pizza is good, but the gluten free pizza is absolutely uneatable. GF is not a choice for everyone! 😞 If you can't prepare GF food don't say you can and then add extra charges and expect people to be happy with tast- less food 😡
