I stayed at the Stanneylands for 2 nights Sat to Monday and received excellent service from all the staff. The food is amazing and caters well for Gluten and Lactose intolerances.
The older part of the hotel is quaint but slightly noisier with the bar and function rooms nearby, whilst the newer part is modern and quieter towards the car park.
I used the onsite EV charging (you need your own cables) which was easy to use and reasonably priced - two vehicle capacity.
All in all a great place to stay and well worth a visit to the restaurant.
PS This is a dog friendly hotel with some great walks nearby.
