Charming village pub with a local vibe. We popped in for lunch on our way from Ilfracombe to Exeter.
Food was nice but the service was 10/10.
There is a separate vegan menu and some gluten free options. Owner and staff were super friendly and helpful - they clearly understood which items were vegan/gf.
Our dog had her own bowl of sausage with sides and gravy (not vegan), and we said hello to the two beautiful resident golden retrievers.
Overall a lovely visit - would recommend.
