I went with a group and called ahead of time to ask if they had gluten free dishes and they were very competent in explaining that we can modify dishes to make them allergen friendly. Ordering was easy and they gave an option to indicate allergies. Someone also came to clarify which dishes were modifiable and which weren't. I ordered the Hanabi rice bowl and after the dishes were served, another person came by and explained that to make the dish gluten free, the tare had to be removed. He asked to let him know if the flavor was good, and came by to check later as such. This is beyond what I could have hoped for.

The gluten free menu is VERY limited here but they do have gluten free pho!
The gluten free options here are: Tendon only pho, Meatball pho, Plain pho, and Shrimp spring rolls (i do not know if the peanut sauce contains gluten or not so i advise you to not eat the sauce if you are celiac/super sensitive to gluten)
My boyfriend has celiac disease and had no issues after eating the meatball pho and the shrimp spring rolls without the sauce but always double check with the staff to be safe!
