I’ve personally never had any issues eating here, and I have celiac disease. They switched owners about a year ago, and I was told that the marinated meats contain soy sauce or wheat. However, options like the brisket or garlic ribeye are safe since the ribeye is only seasoned with crushed garlic. I’ve also never had a problem with the kimchi sides, but I avoid the mac salad when it’s available. I also don’t recommend the meat sauce since it contains soy sauce. I usually just bring my own sauces, and the staff doesn’t mind. Never been glutened here also if you come here with friends that aren’t gluten-free, just split the pan and don’t cross contaminate always works for me:)
