As someone recently diagnosed with Celiac disease, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for restaurants that truly understand food allergies and an even deeper disappointment with how rare that is. The Filling Station is a breath of fresh air.
They take gluten intolerance seriously, with completely separate prep areas and dedicated gluten-free fryers. It’s not just lip service they’ve clearly invested the time and effort to make dining safe and enjoyable. On top of that, they offer seed oil-free options and cook their hand-cut fries in tallow. Everything we had was absolutely delicious.
A special shoutout to our server, Canaan, who was not only friendly and attentive but went out of his way to let me know he could offer tips and guidance when I mentioned I was newly navigating Celiac. That kind of care and knowledge makes all the difference.

They had a gluten-free menu and many delicious options. I had the creole salmon with slaw and waffle fries (dedicated fryer). Salmon was perfectly cooked. The hubby enjoyed his Nashville hot chicken sandwich and said it tasted just like it did in Nashville. Definitely recommend.
