Symptomatic celiac here. Got a steak burrito bowl and let them know it was for someone with celiac. I asked them to change their gloves and they said they could take the usual precautions. I was super sick the next day and this was the only thing I had out of the norm :( definitely be careful here. I think they may use the same grill for flour tortillas as they do to cook the steak. Shame on me for not clarifying that part I guess. Good was tasty but not safe
