As someone with a gluten allergy, eating out can be really hard and not a fun experience. Alternative dishes to accommodate my allergy are usually lackluster, but that’s not the case with Barley Swine. I celebrated my birthday with my boyfriend last night, and I was soooo happy with the tasting menu! The differences between my plate and my boyfriends (no allergy) were very minimal, so I didn’t feel like I was “missing out.” I even got to enjoy an amazing slice of cake at the end! If you have allergies, I highly recommend Barley Swine! The atmosphere is great, everyone was kind, and we will definitely be back!
