GF/Celiac Safe! I’ve been here several times and got the GF noodles and ramen. They have GF soy sauce as well. This is THE best ramen I’ve had in a really long time! I can usually tell if there is any gluten in the meal within a day but they did a really good job making sure that I was not glutened! Please make sure to always check with the servers and let them know your allergies.
