We heard that this place had opened this year, so when in Bailey’s Harbor recently decided to try it for lunch. It’s super laidback and casual, you order at the counter, then we sat at a communal table, and had a gorgeous lake view out the window.
We loved the self serve taps at the bar for still or sparkling water, such a nice touch!
The pillowy sourdough pizza crust was perfectly charred and chewy and so delicious. I have a gluten sensitivity so got a gf pizza myself, which was one of the best gluten free versions I’ve had, but tried some of my friend’s sourdough crust and didn’t get sick, probably because of the long fermentation.
Toppings are creative, salads are seasonal delights, and I loved the citrus marinated olives too. Can’t wait to return and try more of the menu.

Absolutely the best Gluten Free pizza. The atmosphere was very classy yet relaxed. The owner and manager were very friendly and made you feel welcome. I had their spinach salad with fresh mozzarella and slices of candied bacon drizzled in an amazing homemade dressing.
