3.5 is 14/20. This is the rating I would give to this burger, and especially to these fries.
We are on fast food, burger, salad, pasta, organic and local!
The burger is good, although too salty. Big plus on gluten-free bread, thank you very much for that! It lacks gluten-free and we are happy to be able to eat a good burger.
Fries are floury and not crispy...
But what brings the bill down is the price, we are in a fast food restaurant, I spent less than an hour in the restaurant, which means that there is a good return, it's good but not extraordinary and it's 17€50 with the gluten-free tax.
It's very expensive, it's the price of a dish in a warm and comfortable bistro (and always organic and local) but served quickly in a gray and cold place.
It's expensive.
This cozy spot features tasty vegan options and a pleasant terrace near the Château d'Amboise, perfect for enjoying a vibrant atmosphere.

Galettes were great especially since they were gluten free; however, the house wine, rose, was sour, and we couldn't drink it. When we complained about the wine, the server claimed there was nothing wrong with it. I know enough about wine to know that this wine was undrinkable! Go there if you need a gluten free meal, but avoid the alcohol!
Creative decor sets a zen vibe while delicious, seasonal dishes and local ingredients highlight a memorable dining experience at a great price.

Very good restaurant. Everything is homemade. They put local producers to work. Good products, regional and/or organic and not more expensive than in other restaurants. We were able to have a gluten-free version of the burger for our celiac son. Very serious people, having asked us to come at the start of the service to ensure "zero cross contamination". I highly recommend! But you have to book 😉
A rare gem in Tours with unique dishes that impress both vegans and non-vegans alike—great value for a creative culinary experience!

Very good food, surprising taste discoveries!
But hygiene, very poor! Yorkshire type dogs are allowed in the establishment and even climb on the counter!!! I couldn't believe it...
In the toilets, there is nothing to wipe your hands! except toilet paper for the WC…
And last downside, on the menu it is noted "gluten-free", already they do not offer gluten-free bread, and in the list of the menu we can only find 1 dish which does not contain it, so be it !!!
Experience a charming spot with stunning decor, flavorful vegan dishes, and captivating views that make every visit unforgettable.

Delicate and refined cuisine, warm welcome by the owner who knows how to transmit the passion for his country. The decor is very beautiful, the view of Tours station in the evening was the icing on the cake!
We were able to choose between several vegan options, all of which were delicious. The boss also knew how to tell us which dish was gluten-free.
Special mention for the Afghan wine, really worth tasting.
Thank you for this beautiful moment :)

Superb place to eat a burger in Tours: very warm welcome, excellent burgers with local and organic products.
There is something for everyone: gluten-free bread on request, beef, chicken or veggie burgers. I highly recommend for lovers of good burgers 🍔
I will come back with pleasure to discover the chicken ones 😃

I called on Launay for my wedding on June 2, 2018 at the Lambouray mill in Jouy, and their service was perfect. Cocktail + dinner on Saturday evening, and brunch the next day, Sunday noon. Particular satisfaction with the quality of the food: we were won over by the tasting, and after the wedding all my guests told me that the food was excellent, particularly the beef, but also the well-stocked brunch, the desserts, the foie gras as a starter... Everything was good!
The service was perfect, they took into account all my special requests made before the wedding (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free menus, some without meat, some without foie gras, a change of vegetables just for my father... little pampering!), and everything went really well throughout the wedding.
Furthermore, all the staff are extremely kind. From Monsieur Launay and Isabel who welcome us to their home for the tasting (please) to all the servers, super friendly and very available.
Only good things to say about this caterer, which I can only recommend.
No corkage fee, which served us well as we had been a little disappointed with the red wine they offered and so supplied our own.
Thank you for everything !
