A refined dinner without any false note. We still have within us the scent and taste of this wonderful langoustine. The talent and professionalism of all the staff must be highlighted. The chef's creativity is breathtaking. Special mention for the sommelier: it was as if he was telling us a beautiful story, he introduced us to surprising, original regional wines which went perfectly with the dishes offered. Only 1 regret: Not being able to pay tribute to this talented young chef. Only one solution: Come back very quickly! Congratulations to everyone and thank you for this wonderful moment!!!!

The setting is very nice and rather original. What fantastic food full of flavor, well balanced. The presentation and the colors are tempting. We are surprised by the work done in terms of taste and textures. In short, it's really very good, a rare and friendly restaurant. The service is top-notch. We are spending a few days on vacation in Perpignan, we decided to go to this restaurant, we left very happy because my wife has food intolerances and was able to eat dinner without any problem. The owner of the business is an excellent person, we are Spanish and we don't have much of an idea. speaking French, seeing that he attended to us speaking what he could in our language, we were very happy with a big 10 for him, to say something against, the prices were very expensive, although I imagine that here in France it is normal, I had never paid a a bottle of beer for €7, and the dishes are excessively expensive, anyway, that's my opinion, I hope I don't bother anyone. PS. I recommend it 100X100, especially to people intolerant to gluten, try it!!

Where to start with this absolute gem of a place? It ticked all our boxes - amazing food, comfortable rooms, beautiful area, great hosts! We spent four nights at Le Cheval Blanc. One of the highlights for us was how well they catered for my husband. We are both vegan, and my husband is also coeliac so we knew eating in France would be tricky. The food was outstanding, Natalie is an excellent chef! Peter is very knowledgable about the area, he was able to offer plenty of suggestions of things we could do and places to visit - as well as other places that could offer us some vegan food. I highly recommend Le Cheval Blanc :-)

I thought I was going to a “classic” Asian restaurant. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes offered. Homemade, really good, not to mention the very kind welcome. The icing on the cake, being gluten-free, I am generally very limited by the offer made. Which was not the case at this address. Most restaurants offer frozen, reheated. Here, it's only homemade, they really know that what they offer is gluten-free, right down to the soy sauce which was provided for people in my case. In short, delicious, friendly, helpful and considerate. A very nice address.
