I was looking for a place that served gluten-free dishes in Trento and I was immediately attracted by the unconventional name "Uva & Menta". My husband and I, even without a reservation, were seated and served almost immediately. Splendid and smiling welcome from all the staff. The owner is a person who puts his heart into what he does. Our pizzas arrived almost immediately and.... SUPREME DELIGHT. Excellent quality ingredients and undoubtedly the best gluten-free pizza my husband has ever eaten (a very stuffed calzone). Even my crock, with regular flour, was an explosion of flavor. Wide choice of craft beers, including gluten-free ones. The place has a young and colorful soul all its own, cheerful, with music as the background of the evening. We felt really pampered. Nice atmosphere! We will definitely return even if we are from Bolzano. It's worth the trip to sample other specialties. Congratulations indeed.

Incredibly delicious gluten-free pizza with buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and pesto. Very tasty grilled vegetables. Very friendly and courteous staff. The normal pizzas were also super tasty. Everyone was completely satisfied. We'd love to come back!

Great for allergy sufferers! The staff is very attentive and friendly. I even forgot to ask for a gluten-free option for dessert, she came back and asked if I needed it gluten-free too. Everything tasted great too! The best gluten free pizza in a long time! And the crème brûlée was also great and freshly made! All in all it was a great experience eating here. The outdoor pool didn't bother us at all (we were there in the evening).

We had booked outside but due to rain they put us inside. Without air conditioning, without an open window even though it was no longer raining and therefore in a tropical climate. We asked to change seats or open a window but were told no. Gluten-free pizzas? To be improved considerably despite the addition of €2.5. We went to this restaurant recommended by the structure that hosted us for our weekend between the lake and the mountains. We spent a lovely evening pampered by excellent quality cuisine. A mixed house starter with quality cured meats accompanied by a potato flan and a sour note of sauerkraut marinated in cumin. This was followed by a trio of meat selections paired with storo polenta and crispy bacon and a perfectly cooked Argentinian beef fillet. The classic sliced ​​beef with rocket and parmesan is also excellent. Last but not least, a gluten-free cake with almonds and chocolate. Delightful. The price is good and in line with what was ordered. Friendly, precise and professional staff.
