My friends and I visited Fort Lauderdale for a birthday party getaway. I frantically reached out to Stephanie and Manny 3 days before arriving to see if they could work a miracle for my dairy allergy AND gluten free friend. They were able to make the cutest cake and as someone who is not vegan or gluten free, this cake was the most delicious, moist, flavorful cake I’ve ever had! I’m so sorry the food here is terrible. The pho had no flavor and the gf Buddha bowl was bland as well. Chicken was dry and the mushrooms tasted like they were submerged in water. I decided to give this place another shot after a bad uber eats delivery but wouldn’t recommend at all.

When the line workers don’t know what’s gluten free and what’s not while also refusing to help or refusing to be accommodating, I had to immediately walk out. Why are you working for a corporate franchise health food store front when you have no clue? Literally the conversation went, “Are any of the grains gluten free?” And she says, “I don’t know, I don’t think so.” I walked out.

What a delightful experience at Indian Harbor restaurant. It was truly fine Indian cuisine, as promised. There were plenty of vegan and gluten-free options, and they were able to customize one of the dishes for a food allergy. The Bhel Puri appetizer was fresh and inventive, the Mushroom Mutter Masala was rich, earthy, and delicious with a nice kick of spice and the crunch of cashews, and the Aloo Ggobi was complex mix of spices with potatoes, cauliflower, and curry. The service was outstanding; the servers were all friendly and helpful, the service quick, and the price was very reasonable, even with wine. The decor was lovely, upscale, and inviting for a smaller establishment. It was a great way to spend an anniversary dinner. We will definitely be back!
