They have many things gluten free from what I have heard their fried pickles are the best but I haven’t tried them yet I will next time I go
They do not have gluten free onion rings which made me sad if they did I would give them 5 star review honestly

We make a point to visit Shana Cake every time we are in Topeka. My wife is allergic to gluten and, as a result, we have tried various gluten free bakeries and restaurants all over the world. So delicious! My family and I love Pineapple Dream. I am gluten and dairy free so my food restrictions make it challenging to have treats at most restaurants in town. Not at Pineapple Dream! Everyone in my family is able to get the flavor they enjoy and part of the fun is looking up the flavors ahead of time. They change the flavors weekly and have many flavors that rotate in and out with the seasons. It’s worth waiting for Peppermint in the winter and Shamrock Mint in the spring!
