When traveling with someone with celiac, you always have a fear in the back of your head that they might have an attack after they eat. Don’t need to worry about that here. Food was amazing my sister and I kept nodding our heads in enjoyment as we ate. If I find myself in Portland again will be sure to stop.

I have been enjoying Harlow's food for 10 years, being celiac I've always loved knowing I could count on their food for a safe and enjoyable meal. Unfortunately in the last handful of months the service and food has gone downhill so significantly. We've given feedback to the manager and continued going back because we love supporting our local restaurants but after tonights meal it's just beyond frustrating. You can't count on the food being the same each time you order anymore, sometimes the veggies are almost raw, sometimes they're cooked. Sometimes the food has flavor, other times it's so bland. This evening we both ordered the soup and it was so salty neither my partner or I could eat it. The staff gives the feeling of complete apathy one way or another. I know the service industry is getting slammed right now but it's such a bummer that they've gone down hill so significantly.

We’ve been several times now. Good for dairy and gluten allergies and dietary preferences. Each time delicious flavors, always a couple unusual ones but easy to find old standby flavors for everyone as well. Always very friendly and warm staff. 100% would go back and we go as often as we can, and bring new friends when we can.

This is a cute Thai restaurant with a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and fun, the staff seem to know everyone by name that come in and the ppl from the neighborhood just stop in to say hi as they are taking their evening walks 😁. I love this place! My best friend and I eat here quite often. The noodle salad is amazing, and gluten free. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the servers are really friendly. Three appetizers are great, and the drinks are perfect. This is a must visit if you're in Portland.
