I absolutely love this place, I feel like I'm In Japan again with the serenity and lovely customer service. The food is so tasty and fresh and so well priced!!! I absolutely love the onigiris and the sweet food they have in their cabinet (mostly all vegan and gluten free which is a bonus!!). If you have dietary restrictions this is definitely the place to try, especially if you like japanese cuisine. All the drinks are organic and better yet there are so many non caffeine drinks, sesame latte is my favorite!! A little bit nutty and smooth!! I absolutely love the cinnamon banana bread, the best vegan gf one I've ever had! Janken is a must try, especially if you want to come to a peaceful atmosphere filled with joy!!

Amazing service - especially with the care taken to accommodate allergies to gluten and dairy. Our waiter remembered the allergies on our table even when we came around to ordering dessert. The owners were lovely and warm - and took the time to chat with us at our table as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. Delicious food - would absolutely recommend!

My boyfriend & I had a lovely dining experience here recently. Our waitress Hannah was so attentive to our dietary restrictions (Coeliac) and it was clear she genuinely cared. The same goes for the talented chefs in the kitchen, who were super patient and understanding and took the Coeliacs/gluten allergy very seriously. Food was amazing! I wish I'd remembered to take some photos. The only let down was service was a little slow- as in getting drinks initially and then the tables weren't cleared at all...but the food came out quickly and I'd go back again simply for the food options! 4 of us are coeliac and there were so many dishes that were either gluten free or could be modified for us 😍

Excellent food and drinks. Nice vibe. Very friendly staff. Food is very healthy, all freshly made and so yummie. They are vegetarian but lots of their dishes are vegan or can be made vegan. As far as I saw there are also many glutenfree options. I hope I can visit again sometime.

I visited from East Auckland today, and it was worth the drive. Olivia's kitchen staff are so welcoming. They reassured me and helped me several times to pick the right options for gluten-free options. The person behind the counter was extremely helpful. The food itself is amazing. Our items were of great quality and I have not had good GF Asian food in so long. Thank you so much, we hope to visit again. :)

Great little spot in Pukekohe, fantastic cabinet food and menu items. I love how you take a seat and they come take your order. Accommodating when questioning ingredient items and they do amazing raw, vegan, gluten free and keto options, not heaps, but enough so you have a choice. I had the Creamy Market Mushrooms minus the toast, and a large coconut milk coffee over ice. Both amazing, and so many mushrooms I could not finish. I also got a takeaway ginger slice and macadamia slice.

We came for a team dinner. There were 7 of us. We highly rated the organic chicken and short rib. They were just delicious. One of our team members is a celiac and had a reaction from the chicken dish. Although she had specified that she was a celiac at the time of ordering, and asked the server delivering her meal to make sure, she was still "glutened". Unsure what went wrong there, but Giraffe may need to assess their processes when handling gluten.

I was a bit stressed having to get some good take away gluten free food for my son in law. They were so busy and I went to walk out. I was encouraged to check the second menue and to do an order it would be like a 10 minute wait. Great service. I was also given a glass of water. Back to day for the same but 2 of them.

What a surprising find, only due to a gluten free group. No idea this place existed. Awesome spot and the food was absolutely brilliant. You’d pay twice as much for half the food in the city and not get to look at cute little lambs in the field. The food was 10/10. If you haven’t gone. Go!

Superb vegetarian food and lots of it. My "Chickun" burger was large and delicious with a generous helping of salad on the side. The polenta chips were crispy perfection and my partner described her gluten free pizza as the best she'd ever eaten. Great choice of dishes, excellent, friendly service and we also loved the drinks. We'll be going back... often.

Delicious vegan food! All foods are dairy free and meat free and most are gluten free! The only complaint I have is about the portion I received. The other Revive Cafe I went to had actually filled the container. Otherwise recommended! (If you're a student definitely sign up for their discount!)

Great food, unfortunately only 4x gluten free dishes. Pat thai was great. Pudding needs work. But will go again. Nice atmosphere friendly staff, seated promptly without a booking, but was forgotten about as 4 staff chatted behind the bar. But redeemed themselves.

Absolutely sensational! 100% vegan and full on flavour !! We have been to the Ponsonby store many times and loved it, the Milford one did not disappoint! Very delicious food. We went on Saturday night for last minute dinner. The staff was amazing and catered to Gluten Free options very well and the food was just amazing. We ordered medu vada, malai koft, kaju paneer, naan, bajra roti, garlic chutney and sizzler and everything was just yummy. We would highly recommend STEAM. Great food and great friendly staff.
