We got to Eolus Bar & Dining about an hour before our reservation and called to see if we could be seated early. Luckily, we were seated within 15 minutes, which was great. The menu is definitely on the "fancy" side, and given the prices, you'd expect it to be.
When we sat down, the atmosphere felt a bit off. Despite its reputation as a high-end restaurant, there were people wearing flip-flops, making it feel more like a regular spot than anything fancy. Our server was okay but seemed very nervous and almost lost at times.
We ordered two lobster hamburgers with sweet potato fries. It sounded intriguing, and we both wanted something familiar. The burgers were just okay. I had a gluten-free bun, which wasn’t toasted – it felt like it came straight out of the bag. The ranch I asked for was thick and bland, plus it cost $2 for a small cup.
Overall, we left early and skipped dessert. I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars.
Get ready for an explosion of crunch and flavor with standout appetizers and delicious main dishes that keep everyone coming back for more.

The gluten-free options are plentiful and phenomenal. I got the fried pork rolls as an appetizer and could not have been happier. Such an incredible amount of crunch and flavor. The sesame beef teriyaki bowl was also a real winner.
They have gluten free pizza crust, so I am enjoying pizza again after a long hiatus. You tell them what to put on it and they make it for you. Then take it home and bake it. Tuesdays all pizzas are $10.
