I’ve accepted that I’ll never be a judge on Master Chef, in return I’d accepted that I’d never have an experience where you bite into a dish and get to be absolutely astounded by all the flavors and profiles that come along with it… until I ate at Colita! We had the Pate and it was nothing short of remarkable! The staff was top tier, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere is intimate and inviting! Chili with gluten free cornbread is heavenly. Being from the south, it’s hard to find good cornbread. Reminded me of my granny’s.
Also, best gluten free brownie I have had in my life. I was full ages ago, but scarfed everything down. I will be back!

One of my favorite places. Lots of gluten free options. I just wish they had a cornbread gf option! Come early if you want to get the smothered chicken, sometimes they sell out.
