This was a very fun eating experience. It was really neat to make your own sushi.It’s really helpful to come to a restaurant like this, knowing what food items have gluten already in them. I had to correct the waiter with one item, the mayo - kewpie was in one item not in another. It wasn’t his fault as this is a very specific nuance. The restaurant does have gluten-free soy sauce.
The meals comes with tempura. The tempura has wheat in it. To accommodate they gave the choice of choosing an additional topping instead.

The burger is average, American style, the met was overcooked.
I went because it was late and everything was closed and they don’t have gluten free menu. they do know what gluten is, so they did for me a burger with lettuce bun. They told me that it would be made in the same pan as the rest so it would be contaminated. I had no option so I acepted and I had no reaction. Fries are gluten free because the fryer is not used for nothing else. The rest of the ingredients of the burgers are gluten free.
