This was a very fun eating experience. It was really neat to make your own sushi.It’s really helpful to come to a restaurant like this, knowing what food items have gluten already in them. I had to correct the waiter with one item, the mayo - kewpie was in one item not in another. It wasn’t his fault as this is a very specific nuance. The restaurant does have gluten-free soy sauce. The meals comes with tempura. The tempura has wheat in it. To accommodate they gave the choice of choosing an additional topping instead.

Amazing!!! Very good food, very friendly staff, and you can make your own sushi roll. They also took great care of my gluten allergy! Highly recommended!

My friend and I made this our first stop in Kanazawa and we wouldn't have it any other way!
