They have gluten free bagels and staff are very knowledgeable although it might depend who is on duty. I asked for the allergen menu which is quite detailed, breaking down all the ingredients with their allergens. Went with the safest option which was a plain bagel with cheese cream. When asked for the omelette bagel they advised against it due to contamination (not exactly sure why but I took their advise)
If I had to suggest something, it's for the waiters to bring food on a separate dish to avoid cross contamination

Ordered gluten free bread for my daughter as she has celiac. It was our first time trying the gluten free option and we were surprised that the bread is like gluten we asked the employee many times and she said it's gluten free. My daughter got some pain but we thought she got a cross contamination somewhere although we are completely gluten free at home. We tried another branch later and the gluten free bread really looks like gluten free so the one at Roermond was a gluten one!

A very cozy lunchroom with friendly and alert staff.
The extensive breakfast consists of various types of bread, very fresh meats, cheese, salmon, scrambled eggs and sweet toppings, including a coffee or tea and a glass of juice. Everything served very nicely. Gluten-free bread was also added separately for my son who has celiac disease.
We enjoyed it.

Very disappointed!
On August 24, 2024, I ordered gluten-free donuts for a friend at the kiosk. When I got to the checkout, they told me they didn't have any! I asked for a refund and was told they weren't authorized to refund, that I had to write my bank details on the stub, and that the head office would handle it. I've already sent reminder emails, and it's 10 months later, and still nothing! It's absolutely shameful to handle this type of situation like this: paying for donuts I never got and refusing to refund!
